Minimalism465 offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full challenge. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.
Under EU consumer law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already started using the digital content.
All data you enter in the app (logged items, name, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store this content on any server.
Minimalism465 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandra Karmann shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We reserve the right to modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at this URL.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
